NO, She is cosplaying Lara Croft and doing a damn fine job.

Every time a black person cosplays or dresses quirky or whatever, it’s mocked with racist sentiment. Remember those lolitas, followers? How about the girls with the rainbow hair styles? Those were not isolated incidents.
